Are Q Switched Lasers Safe To Treat Body Tattoos?

Laser Tattoo Removal is considered safe and effective for treating tattoos of various colors, especially black and red tattoos. 

The Q-Switched Laser emits a very short, high-energy pulse that breaks up the tattoo ink into minute particles that can be absorbed by the body.

How Does SXT Laser Work?

During the treatment, the laser targets the tattoo, and a light grey “frosting” may appear on the tattoo, indicating that the appropriate energy was applied and the removal process will begin. The Spectra XT  Laser works on the principle of selective photothermolysis, where the proper wavelength is applied to the tattoo ink, causing it to break down.
